The Perm Neutraliser is the essential second step after perming. It stops the chemical processing action of the perm liquid and locks in the curl pattern, restoring the hair's natural pH and strengthening its structure. Suitable for use with all cold wave perming systems, it ensures long-lasting curls with a healthy, shiny finish.

How to Use:
After rinsing out the perm liquid, do not remove the rods.
Towel blot the hair gently to remove excess water.
Apply Perm Neutraliser generously to each rod using a sponge or applicator bottle.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Remove the rods carefully.
Reapply the remaining neutraliser to the full length of hair and leave on for another 5 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Style as desired.
 
⚠️ Always use gloves. Perform a patch test before full use. Use in a ventilated area.
