The Perm Blue Liquid is a professional-grade cold wave solution formulated to safely and effectively break down and reshape the hair's natural structure for long-lasting curls or waves. Ideal for normal to resistant hair types, the gentle formula provides uniform curl patterns while maintaining hair softness, elasticity, and moisture.

How to Use:
Shampoo the hair and towel dry until damp.
Section the hair and wrap into perm rods according to the desired curl style.
Apply Perm Blue Liquid evenly to all sections, making sure each rod is fully saturated.
Cover hair with a plastic cap and allow to process for 10–20 minutes, depending on hair type and condition.
Perform a curl test: unwrap one rod slightly to check curl formation.
Once ready, rinse thoroughly with warm water for 3–5 minutes, do not remove rods.
Towel blot gently to remove excess moisture.
Apply neutraliser (not included) to set curls.
⚠️ Always perform a strand and scalp test before full application. Use gloves and ensure good ventilation.
