1. Introduction

This website is owned and operated by NHB Events Pty Ltd ("we", "us", and "our"). These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the ordering, sale, and delivery of goods, as well as the use of this Website.

These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person who accesses or uses this Website ("you", "your", or "user"), including each user who registers as described below ("registered user"). By using the Website and clicking on the "Register Now"/"Sign Up" button, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Website allows you to shop online for a wide range of products, including nail supplies, permanent make-up, hair extensions, and other essential beauty goods ("Goods").

These Terms and Conditions apply to users who are considered consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA").

These Terms and Conditions contain clauses that:

  • May limit the risk or liability of NHB Events Pty Ltd;

  • May create risk or liability for the user;

  • May require the user to indemnify NHB Events Pty Ltd;

  • Serve as acknowledgements by the user of certain facts.

Please pay special attention to these clauses. If you do not understand any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must contact NHB Events Pty Ltd for clarification before accepting them or continuing to use the Website.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to unlawfully restrict or limit any legal rights or obligations applicable to either you or NHB Events Pty Ltd.

By using this Website, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted all these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must refrain from using the Website.

These Terms and Conditions are divided into three parts:

3. Returns

Please refer to our Returns Policy for details about cancelling orders after delivery, and the process for returns, refunds, replacements, or repairs. The Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

4. Registration and Use of the Website

  1. Only registered users may place orders on the Website.

  2. To register, you must provide a unique username and password along with certain personal information. These login details will be used to access your account and place orders.

  3. You agree and warrant that your login details:

    • Will be used solely by you; and

    • Will not be shared with any third party.

  4. For security purposes, you must enter the correct login details to access your account. Incorrect details will deny access.

  5. Once your correct login credentials are used to access the Website, you will be responsible for all orders placed, even if they were unauthorised or fraudulent—unless you cancel the order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  6. You must notify NHB Events Pty Ltd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account and take appropriate steps to prevent further loss or misuse.

  7. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. That guardian then agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.

  8. You agree not to use any software, devices, or methods to interfere with the Website’s normal operations. You also agree not to use any automated tools (like robots or spiders) to monitor, copy, distribute, or modify Website content without prior written consent, except for standard Internet search engines.

  9. You may not use the Website to distribute unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.

  10. You may not display, copy, print, post, or use Website content without written permission from an authorised NHB Events Pty Ltd representative.

5. Conclusion of Sales and Stock Availability

Registered users may place orders for Goods, which NHB Events Pty Ltd may accept or reject. Acceptance depends on stock availability, accuracy of product information (including pricing), and confirmation of payment or authorisation.

Note: Your order is only accepted when the Goods are dispatched. Confirmation emails or messages do not constitute acceptance. If NHB Events Pty Ltd cancels your order, you will be refunded accordingly.

You may cancel your order at any time before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. Once the Goods are delivered, cancellation must follow the Returns Policy.

Adding items to your cart without completing the purchase does not reserve the stock. If the product becomes unavailable before purchase, NHB Events Pty Ltd will not be liable.

Stock is limited. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Important Note Regarding Fragrances:
All fragrances are imported independently and are not approved by the original manufacturer or licensed supplier. As a result, they are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, our Returns Policy still applies to these items.

6. Payment

We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.

Payment for Goods can be made via:

  • Credit Card: If payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information to authorise and/or verify the validity of the payment. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until such information is received and authorisation is obtained. If authorisation is not received, your order will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card and that it has sufficient available funds.

  • Direct Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Payment must be made within two (2) days of placing your order. NHB Events (Pty) Ltd will not accept your order if payment has not been received.

  • Instant EFT via PayFast;

  • Visa and MasterCard;

  • Store Credit (NHB Events (Pty) Ltd credit or coupons).

  2. You may contact us via email at disalonproductinfo@gmail.com to obtain a full record of your payment. We will also send you email and SMS notifications regarding your order and payment.

  3. Once you have selected your payment method and accepted these Terms and Conditions, you will be directed to a secure site for payment.

7. Delivery of Goods

NHB Events (Pty) Ltd offers one method of delivery: courier service.

Please refer to our FAQ: Shipping Information for detailed delivery terms, which is incorporated by reference.

Where we accept your order, NHB Events (Pty) Ltd will deliver the Goods as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of payment ("Delivery Period"). If we are unable to deliver within this period, we will notify you. You may then cancel the order within seven (7) days of receiving such notification, and we will reimburse you.

Some items (based on volumetric weight) may incur additional delivery fees, which will be shown at checkout. Additional fees are calculated as follows:

8. Errors

We make every effort to accurately reflect product descriptions, availability, prices, and delivery charges. However, we are not liable for any errors on the Website (excluding gross negligence). In case of incorrect pricing, we will refund amounts already paid, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

9. Vouchers, Coupons, and Referral Bonuses

NHB Events (Pty) Ltd may offer electronic gift vouchers (“Vouchers”), promotional coupons (“Coupons”), and referral bonuses from time to time.

2. Vouchers

  • Valid for one year from the date of sale.

  • Cannot be used to buy other Vouchers or Coupons.

  • Not transferable and redeemable only by the original recipient.

  • Do not accrue interest and are non-refundable.

  • If the Voucher value is insufficient, the balance can be paid using other payment methods.

3. Coupons

  • Issued at NHB Events (Pty) Ltd’s sole discretion.

  • Users do not have a right to Coupons; they cannot be earned.

  • Subject to specific terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • A Coupon can only be used once.

  • Only one Coupon may be used per person unless stated otherwise.

  • The value of the Coupon is deducted from your basket total; any balance must be paid by you.

  • Coupons cannot be used to purchase Vouchers or other Coupons, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable.

If a promotion is automatically applied at checkout and you attempt to apply a Coupon, the Website will use the greater discount.

4. Site Promotions

From time to time, NHB Events (Pty) Ltd may run promotions. Terms will be specified for each promotion. Promotions may require the use of a promo-code at checkout.

Promo-code discounts apply only to physical products and not to gift vouchers/cards.

We cannot guarantee protection against unauthorised disclosure by unaffiliated third parties unless caused by our gross negligence.

If you disclose personal information to third parties (e.g., external websites linked from ours), NHB Events (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any resulting loss.

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of or reliance on the Website. You indemnify NHB Events (Pty) Ltd from all claims or losses related to Website use or third-party site links.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If any part is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

No modification or waiver is valid unless in writing and agreed to by both parties.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NHB Events (Pty) Ltd.
