Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at office@nailshairbeautysa.co.za with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Refunds Permitted
At NHB, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may accept returns subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns Eligibility

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date, we are unable to offer a store credit or exchange.

Inspection of Returned Goods
​
Once the returned item has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. We will notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding the outcome of your return request.

Store Credit
If your return is approved, a store credit equal to the purchase price, less an 8% administration fee, will be issued to your NHB customer account. This credit may be used towards future purchases from NHB.
No cash refunds will be issued.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by NHB. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Opened, used, tested, damaged, or tampered-with products.

As they are a sterile tool and cannot be exchanged once opened.

All services are non-refundable. We allow fixing within 7 days of the service at no cost.

Refunds do not include any shipping charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
