How to Use:

Shampoo (Sulphate‑Free Strengthening Hair Shampoo):

Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Dispense a suitable amount of shampoo depending on hair length/volume.
Massage the shampoo into your scalp gently, focusing on the roots, then allow the lather to flow through mid‑lengths to ends. Because the surfactants are gentler, you may need a little extra time to work into a light lather.
Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear and no residue remains.
Repeat this once more before conditioning the hair.

Conditioner (Pure Royal Sulfate Free Conditioner):

After shampooing and rinsing, gently squeeze out excess water from your hair so the conditioner isn't overly diluted.
Apply the conditioner from mid‑lengths to ends (these are usually the most damaged parts) and comb through gently using fingers or a wide‑tooth comb for even distribution.
