What the product is:
Lash & Brow 10vol Developer 200ml is a cream or liquid oxidising developer designed to activate eyebrow and eyelash tint.
“10 volume” (3% hydrogen peroxide) is a low-strength developer specifically formulated for safe use around the delicate eye area when mixed with professional lash or brow tint.
It works by activating the dye molecules in the tint so colour can properly penetrate and develop on the hair.
The 200ml bottle size is ideal for salon use or multiple at-home applications.

The primary active ingredient is:

Cetearyl Alcohol — stabiliser and texture enhancer (in cream developers).
Phosphoric Acid — pH adjuster and stabiliser.
Sodium Stannate or similar stabilisers — maintains formula effectiveness.
As with all peroxide-based products, avoid direct contact with eyes and perform a patch test before use.
 
How to use it:
Important: This developer is not used alone. It must be mixed with a compatible lash or brow tint.
Prep the area: Clean lashes or brows thoroughly to remove oil and makeup.
Mix: In a tinting dish, combine the recommended amount of tint (usually about 2 cm of tint cream) with the appropriate amount of 10vol developer (follow brand ratio instructions, commonly 1:1).
Blend: Mix until a smooth, creamy consistency forms.
Apply: Carefully apply to lashes or brows using an applicator brush.
Process: Leave on for the recommended development time (usually 5–10 minutes depending on desired intensity and brand instructions).
Remove: Gently wipe away with damp cotton pads and rinse if necessary.
Always follow the tint manufacturer’s specific mixing ratios and timing instructions.
Perform a patch test at least 24 hours before application.
