What is a 3-tier trolley:
 
A “3-tier trolley” is a small, mobile storage cart that has three shelves (or tiers) and sits on wheels so you can roll it around. It’s a piece of furniture/household-organiser rather than a decorative item. The idea is to give you vertical storage + mobility — rather than spreading items over flat surfaces (countertops, floor), you stack them neatly on three layers, and you can move them easily from room to room.

Baskets / shelves — often the shelves themselves are made from the same metal as the frame. 
Wheels / castors — typically 4 swivel wheels, often two of them lockable (brakes), so you can move the trolley around smoothly and also secure it in place. 
Handles (optional) — include handles or a built-in rail/handle to make moving the trolley easier.
